The Plan

Bermuda Venture Studio is building 100 ventures in four waves. Each venture receives $50,000 in initial capital and is tied to one or more of the ten outcomes. Operators keep 85% of each venture. A Studio SPV receives 15%, split 50/50 between investors and the venture studio team so incentives are aligned across investors, operators, and the studio.
